"Hispanic Business" Magazine Cites Xerox Among Top 40 Companies

Xerox Corporation has been named to the inaugural list of "Top 40 Companies for Hispanics," selected by Hispanic Business magazine and published in its September issue.

The Hispanic Business "Top 40 Companies" list measures a company's commitment to Hispanics in the workplace, and it examines how companies reach Hispanics in recruitment, promotion, procurement, community support and marketing. According to the magazine, companies on the list consider diversity integral to their long-term business strategy and have a commitment to diversity programs and practices at the very top. Xerox is No. 26 on the list.

Xerox is also ranked No. 9 in the magazine's sub-list of "Top 10 Companies for Philanthropic Giving," a ranking of companies based on their expenditures on philanthropic services that benefit minority groups.

In addition to business-related news, Hispanic Business magazine covers the growth of the U.S. Hispanic market, economic trends within the Americas , best business practices, and career development opportunities.
