SHRM Workplace Diversity Practices Survey

Managing a diverse workforce can be challenging, and in most organizations, HR professionals play a salient role in making sure that diversity happens. Workplace diversity begins with hiring and retaining a diverse group of employees, but it does not end there. Successful diversity practices reach out to all employees, creating a corporate culture that is inclusive regardless of similarities or differences. Diversity, however, takes work and there are a myriad of ways that organizations can shape their workforce so that all perspectives are valued.
