New report on Best Practices for Employing People with Disabilities

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) began an initiative to look at best practices in 2003 in light of the New Freedom Initiative President Bush signed. Now, EEOC has produced a final report that gives an overview of best practices related to recruiting and hiring, reasonable accommodation, rights of persons with disabilities and other best practices that involve employees with disabilities within the context of state employment.
