Become a WDN Member

 The Workforce Diversity Network provides opportunities for its members to connect with themselves and other organizations, to collectively: learn about DEI 'best practices;' to address issues; examine initiatives; and stay updated with information & tools to use in their workplaces.


MEMBERSHIP LEVELS & BENEFITS 

 This is accomplished through: monthly professional development meetings; educational forums; and special events.

Individually Tailored to Members' Needs

Benefits for  Primary and All Other Memberships

WDN Primary Membership

  • Attendance at *eleven monthly professional development meetings (90 minutes each) with other DEI or Humans Resource professionals to:  
  • learn about 'best practices'; 
  • share knowledge; and 
  • participate in the annual summer networking event.


  • Networking leadership support group for debriefing and collaborating current issues in your organizations in a private setting with professional peers.


  • A structured mentoring component within meetings. 


  • The option to invite others from your organization:  vested DEI or Human Resource staff, managers, Employee Resource Group members, and stakeholders to build your own internal team.


  • Receiving Our Digital Toolbox (monthly email summary and additional resources) after each presentation..      


  • Requesting a WDN presentation for your workplace,  on an ad hoc basis, contracted separately.


  • Posting jobs for free on the WDN web site, seen by hundreds of visitors monthly, with the option to push forward in WDN social media.
  • (Regularly non-member fees =$80 per job listing.)


  • Provide feedback bi-annually through the WDN Membership Needs Assessment and Programming Survey.

 


* Meetings are generally the third Thursday of each month, 

except during the month ofJuly.

Programs are at 8:30 a.m -10:00 a.m., with an 8:15 a.m. check-in)
