Benefits for Primary and All Other Memberships
- Attendance at *eleven monthly development development meetings (90 minutes each) with other DEI or Humans Resource professionals to: learn about 'best practices'; share knowledge; and network (WDN's Criss-Cross program).
- Bring your vested DEI or Human Resource staff, Employee Resource Group members, and stakeholders or champions.
- Receive a Digital Toolbox after each presentation : a bulleted
summary of key points, references, and extended research.
- Request a WDN presentation for your workplace, contracted at a reduced rate on an ad hoc basis.
- Receive a 20% discount on WDN special events.
- Access Free job postings on the WDN web site, seen by hundreds of visitors monthly (regularly $80 per job listing for non-members).
- Provide feedback weekly at programs, and bi-annually through the WDN Membership Needs Assessment.
- Provide feedback regarding content of presentations annually through WDN Programming Needs Survey.
* Meetings are generally the third Thursday of each month; first thing in the morning (8:30 a.m -10:00 a.m., with an 8:15 a.m. check-in)
except during July.
