Become a WDN Member

 The Workforce Diversity Network provides opportunities for its members to connect with themselves and other organizations, to collectively: learn about DEI 'best practices;' to address issues; examine initiatives; and stay updated with information & tools to use in their workplaces. This is accomplished through: monthly professional development meetings (virtual and hybrid); educational forums;  special events; and virtual networking programs.

Join us and make important connections to expand your thinking and stay on the leading edge of diversity and inclusion 'best practices' & principles.


Benefits for  Primary and All Other Memberships

WDN Primary Membership

  • Attendance at *eleven monthly training & development meetings (two hours each) with other DEI or Humans Resource professionals to:  learn about 'best practices'; share knowledge; and network  (WDN's Criss-Cross program).
  • Bring up to three DEI or HR staff.
  • Request a WDN presentation for your workplace, contracted at a reduced rate on an ad hoc basis.
  • Receive Program Summaries including content, related references and research.
  • Expand attendance at selected programs including: other staff, managers, or employees.
  • Receive a 20% discount on WDN special events.
  • Display your organization logo on the WDN Web site's Member Page.
  • Access Free job postings on the WDN web site, seen by hundreds of visitors monthly (regularly $80 per job listing for non-members).
  • Participate in the advisement of WDN monthly educational meetings.
  • Provide feedback weekly at programs, and bi-annually through the WDN Membership Needs Assessment.
  • Provide feedback regarding content of presentations annually through WDN Programming Needs Survey.
  • Receive access to exclusive on-line resources with monthly updates including articles, research studies, on-line capital, and book recommendations.
  • Grain free access to the WDN library of educational materials: videos, books and training kits as resources or training materials. 


* Meetings are generally the third Thursday of each month; first thing in the morning (8:30 a.m for virtual meetings), except during July.  

Meeting times for  in-person meetings are negotiated with members.

Primary Member Level

(Beginning  with each calendar year in January. 

Enrolling may also occur later  during the year on a prorated basis.)
