WDN is preparing for another year of educational programs and networking opportunities for local nonprofits, area governments, and corporations, as it has for the past 28+ years.  It does so as a service, providing discounted rates for its members and especially other nonprofit organizations who serve the Rochester area at a time when DEI work is often misunderstood.  

WDN has established its future fund,  The Empowering Equity Initiative.   

It focuses on three buckets for future development which are reflected in its Strategic Plan,  'Apply Within: Intentional Impact'; 

Its emphasis is upon enhancing operations and programming with the short-term of becoming fully self-sustaining in the next two years.  These buckets include:

1. Strengthening infrastructure,

2.  Enhancing programs, and 

3. Enhancing community outreach.  

WDN asks that you that consider making a contribution  to our
